Welcome to my homepage. I will try to give you valuable knowledge about Wing Chun, Integrated Eskrima, NHB, Warrior Conditioning and information on our training here in Sweden.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my teacher, Alan Orr Sifu, for his untiring guidance and support. My Sigung, Robert Chu, for his excellent teachings and for making it available to us. I would also like to express my gratitude to Guro Mark Wiley and Sensei Eddy Millis.
